Is buying usdt then converting it halal?

Hello,

1-You said in your cryptocurrencies guide that USDT is grey. A lot of people buy and sell it.
So, is it halal to buy usdt and then convert it to bitcoin etherium etc…immediately or after some time when the price is good?

2- Can I ask the seller of usdt to convert it to bitcoin etc and then buy the converted halal cryptocurrency from him?

So is holding usdt then coverting it after a while halal ? And is using it in p2p to sell it to others and get fiat halal ? So basically is it acceptable ?
