Is buying usdt then converting it halal?

Hello, 1-You said in your cryptocurrencies guide that USDT is grey. A lot of people buy and sell it. So, is it halal to buy usdt and then convert it to bitcoin etherium etc…immediately or after some time when the price is good? 2- Can I ask the seller of usdt to convert it to bitcoin etc and then buy the converted halal cryptocurrency from him? Thank you.
