Assalamualaikum,
My business owes zakat on stock which has not sold yet. The business doesn’t have the cash to pay the zakat so can i borrow money to pay the zakat on the condition that as soon as i sell the goods i will return that money?

Yes you can borrow money. Alternatively, you can pay Zakat gradually as cash comes in over the course of 12 months.
