Salam, is it permissible to work as a recruiter for a recruitment company that deals either significantly with the finance/ fintech industry, or has them as one of many industries they work with? Jzk Khair!

If you are involved in recruiting for roles which are clearly prohibited, then it would be unlawful to recruit for such a role. If you recruit for halal roles and jobs, your income would be Halal.
