Just a reminder of the £6 per week tax relief available for those who had to work from home during the 2020/21 tax year.
HMRC have confirmed that a claim for a whole year can be made even if an employee has only worked a few days at home during the year.
Those who file self assessment, a claim can be made on your 2020/21 return.
For others, you can apply for the relief via the HMRC website which will adjust your tax code for 2020/21 but this must be done before 5 April 2021.
