Working for American Final Expense Life Insurance Company as a Third Party in Pakistan is Halal or Haram?

Earning of Call Center Industry that works for American Final Expense Life Insurance Company as a Third Party in Pakistan is Halal or Haram?
Is it Permissible to work for American Final Expense Life Insurance Company as a Third Party in Pakistan?

Sir I have question regarding call center industry related to final expense life insurance especially?
My question is that
“In Pakistan alot of call center is running in our major big cities. Firstly I will explain how call center industry works.
1-Call center industry in Pakistan provide cheap labour to a Client in USA. That’s why a Client or Licensed Agent in USA hire a labour from Pakistan.
2- In call center we work in night shift and dial numbers to Citizen of USA and tell them about our Products and try to make them interested in our Products. When we talk to customer(USA Citizens), we use fake name like Alex, Daniel etc so that customer listen to us as we are calling to him/her from USA. We talk to customer in a such a way that we also live in USA.
(You must be thinking why we use fake names? It is part our job in which we have to tell customers about the products in their own language)
3-What is the Product?
The Product is Final Expense Life Insurance Policy.
4- How a Call Centre Earn?
In Call Center we dial to citizens of USA and tell them about the Products and try to make them interested to buy our Products. If a citizen is interested in our Product than we get a detail of Citizen of USA regarding our Products that is necessary to qualify a citizen for Product.
After collecting all the information from Customer/citizens, we transfer the call to a Client( Licensed Agent in USA).
After that Client will again confirm the details from Customer and than Client transfer the call to a company who is originally providing Final Expense Life Insurance Policy to Customer.
If a customer buy the Product at the end than a Company will give the amount of money to Client/Licensed Agent( A client is the one who actually hire us), and then Client will give our amount of money to us means to Call Center Industry. "
Now finally my Question is that
" " Is the Earning of Call Center Industry is Halal or Haram? Keep in mind that Call Center Industry sell Final Expense Life Insurance to the Citizens of USA not to Pakistani Citizens.”"

Note that Call Center Industry is working as a Third-Party in Pakistan

The main issue in this role is the fact that you are marketing/selling presumably a conventional life insurance to customers. Since conventional life insurance is not considered as shariah compliant by most scholars, this would render the current role as non shariah compliant too.
However, given the economic conditions in countries like Pakistan, this sort of job could be tolerated for a limited amount of time on an individual case basis where the person has no other mean of income to have access to basic necessities of life.
Please consult a local scholar for further advice on the above.
