Working for a comparison site/platform

I have been trying to find a new job and am in process with a company that offers a comparison service for business finance (think comparethematket).

The role itself is actually within their HR team, but I only want to take a job that is halal even if it means I have to wait longer insha’Allah.

I believe these kinds of websites work as a broker and although they only present you suitable options, I believe they are paid a commission or referral fee.

Please let me know your thoughts and how I should proceed insha’Allah.

First of all, the role must be shariah compliant. I am unable to say in your situation if that would be the case as we would need more details on the tasks you will be performing.
Secondly, the issue with comparison companies is that they offer brokerage services for non shariah compliant transactions such as insurance and mortgages etc. This might be an issue if it generates the majority of their revenues.
Again, we would need more details on this point to make a fair assessment.
