What is it that you do in the role?
Assalamualaikum…
My role here is to see patients on Outpatient basis.
We provide primary health care to the members and also non members .
When a loanee takes loan from the ngo they have to pay percentage of loan for medical services. It is compulsory for them whether they take medical care or not. We the doctors and paramedics get salary from cumulative sum of that percentage from all the borrowers when they borrow.
There are also seperate sectors in our ngo besides microfinance.
Health is one of them.
Prevalence of health care facility here is used to attract the people in need of loan.
So, i am a bit confused now.
