Assalamualaikum. I am working as a financial/market analyst for a research firm. Part of my job is to analyze and comment on markets that are not Shariah-compliant such as the Bond and interest rate market, and the currency market. A typical research piece would include analysis and commentary/view on the future direction of the market. Is this line of work permissible in Islam? Thank you.
