Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, i hope your all well, i work as a customer service advisor for a company that regulates subsidiary of Tata consultancy Services, specialising in the provisions of business process service for savings and investments, so basically the main responsibility is answering customer queries regarding there investments, so if a customer wants to open up a stocks and shares Isa we send them the relevant documents, so they deposit all their savings with us and their money is then invested in the stock market where it fluctuate, it goes up and down, depending on the current available share price, so sometimes they follow up on their investments asking how it’s performing, and depending on that they either withdraw their investments or keep it re invested, now this company has different departments like the pensions, brevements…complaints, I’m working in the savings and investments department, my question is, is this job halal or haram?
