Wedding expenses post divorce

Assalaam Walaikum

I wanted to ask for help, after a couple get divorced is it Islamically right for the women to ask for money for expenses towards the wedding cost even after the guy has given her dowry money and 2 and half months worth of money after the divorce? Can she ask for expenses back for the wedding?

It all depends on the understanding and agreement as to who will bear the expenses.
