Salaam Mufti Faraz,
I was wondering if being a trading analyst is haram or not - I want to use my trading strategy and analytical skills to inform an execution trader to execute a trade, so I am just coming up with ‘trading signals’ for entry and exits. This in of itself is not haram because I am just doing analysis and the trader can still make up his mind to follow my information? Would it still be considered haram in your opinion? I do not want my talent to go to waste but if its haram I would leave it.
