I have a question regarding staking in relation to a hadith of our beloved prophet Muhammad (swt). In this hadith he says that the one is cursed who consumes riba and the one who pays it, the one who writes it down and the two who witness it.
For this example I take the cardano POS system. Here you delegate your ADA to a pool operator which verifies transactions on your behalf. This pool operator verifies random transactions and gets a reward for it in form of ADA. The problem is the pool operator also verifies transactions on the blockchain which can engage riba or other unlawfull activity. My question is then as follows: Can we say that it is not permissible to stake ada in this examples because there can also be verifing of transactions with involve not sharia compliant transactions.
