As salaam alaikum,

Are here are any halal mortgage providers in the UK that offer shared ownership mortgages.

I own a 35% share of flat with a high street lender. 65% is owned by a housing association and i pay rent for this share. Are there any companies that could offer me a halal mortgage for the 35% share.

I am trying to sell the flat but need a ESW1 certificate which may take a long time. I am looking into what ways I can clear riba from our lives.
