I would like to ask if it is haram to sell money? For example, I have a 50€ bill with a rare serial number, so can I sell this money for the uniqueness, or will this be seen as riba?

Most of the contemporary scholars are of the view that this is still Riba as the item being sold is currency and a legal tender.
