As salaam I have been looking at SPAC , SBE (switch back energy ) this is merging with ChargePoint Inc, one of the world’s oldest and largest electric vehicle charging networks.
Can we invest in special acquisition companies as there isn’t any financial statement for this ?
I haven’t been able to find any financial for charge point also
It seems like electric vehicles will be the future and would be good if we could invest in these
