I’m a college student in the US and I’ve been keeping my checking and savings accounts with Chase (we were able to do 0% interest for both with request).
I was wondering if keeping my savings in a normal bank is fine or if I should seek a sharia-compliant option (not sure to what extent that is available here).
Keeping money in a place like Chase is incredibly convenient and with 0% interest I assumed it was fine, but I just wanted to ask and make sure because I was struggling to find a clear answer online.
