I have received the attached memo deriving from sheikh mufti taqi uthmani i was hoping you would be able to provide further clarity/ depth on. I appreciate the attached may be inconclusive and potentially dated - but in-light
of others who may have received this and in doubt i thought i would reach out to IFG mufti/ ulama for clarity.
