Assalamu alaykum, I was wondering if it’s permissible to enter this raffle to win a house? there are no fees involved and you enter by paying £2 and after that you might be selected. The owner wants 200,000 people to enter at the minimum and if this doesn’t happen instead of receiving the house you receive 90% of the ticket earnings.
