PayPal invests and earns interest on your money - is it halal?

Assalam aleikum,

I was about to open a PayPal account to accept payments online. In the final step, I clicked the terms of service, and saw that it clearly says that you agree for PayPal to invest the balance in your account and earn interest on it (screenshot attached). Given that I remember also reading that you can’t immediately withdraw your balance from PayPal (so your money will probably sit there at least briefly and hence be utilised and interest earned) , is it halal to use PayPal knowing you are agreeing to this upfront?

(To be honest, I really would prefer not to, but think there is no alternative. Are there any Islamic alternatives that accept payment in the Middle East?)
