I am looking to buy a call option to purchase a property from the ultimate seller at a specified price after a certain period of time. Once I option the property, my business partner seeks for a Development Approval from the city council, upon receiving that we revalue the property and on sell it at the revalued price to an ultimate buyer who might be a developer, or a construction company, or a hedge fund. We pay the owner of the property the specified price and keep the balance. Me and my partner then split the profits at are our agreed percentages.
