Aslam o alaikum scholars,
With all due respect Sir! i want to state some points on the behalf of my research and logic. Sir i tried my best to convinced myself that options are 100% haram and there is no way to make it halal but i failed to do so, kindly sir read my points that i want to discuss it from u…
Point #1 most scholars who said options contain haram elements which makes it no differ from gambling.
My logic: yes it is gambling IF (a big IF) individual place a trade without forecasting, analysing through education and strategies then it is not permissible.
Point#2 They said, it has gharar unexcessive risk
Mylogic: gharar is more like spinning in casino, playing cards etc throwing stones at uncertainty no point no economic data behind is called gambling enexcessive risk but options have an economic data behind im not throwing stones on uncertainty… I know what im doing im analysing with 6 popular indicators + knowing the price strike flow with the help of pivot points and fibonacci retracement to reduce risk … How can someone called this gambling? It took me 8 months to learn all this… A thing which required alot of education cant be gambling…
Point #3: They said you cant sell what doesn’t belongs to u…
My logic: yes it is true, few weeks ago i asked my friend to give me ur spare car for weeks, i can drive it but i dont have complete posession so i cant sell it to anyone… This only applies on stock companies you cant sell their share without buying them first but in options we are trading on service…
