Liquid Assets Greater than Market Cap

As salamu alaykum

I recently read the Tesla article written by brother Haider wherein he goes through a 4 step process to determine if the company is financially halal to invest in. I decided to apply the same steps on BP as I have a few shares in them. I found that the liquid assets (£70b) actually exceeds the market cap (£61b) which is problematic according to the article. I’ve had a cursory look over the market cap history and see that it reduced drastically due to covid implications however it is slowly rising again. What do I do in this scenario? Am I required to sell immediately and donate my profits to charity or am I allowed to hold on to the shares as the market cap is gradually increasing. Does the 90 days rule apply here as tbh I’ve had the shares since October but only found out about this today. Any help and advice would be much appreciated
