I just wanted to make sure the following elements are all halal for negotiating with the employer (asking for more, etc) when receiving a job offer:
- bonus or signing bonus. May be performance related, or may be guaranteed (either on sign-up, or after x amount of time)
- RSUs
- relocation expenses
If one has a higher offer from another company, is it okay to tell the first company I have xyz can you beat this?
