As-Salamu Alaykum,

I’m from Macedonia, a country with no Islamic Banks.

Lately, I’m interested in getting a shariah-compliant bank account somewhere, but seems I can’t find any bank. Anyone knows a bank that you can register without being a citizen of that place and without being a foreigner in that country. So simply doing that from Home like in some banks.

Or any method on how to get one?

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any. Hopefully, when Macedonia joins the EU, it will open up more opportunities.

From a cursory glance, I could not see anything which is a high non compliance risk.

You should enquire from them if interest is involved anywhere.
