From the description, the primary focus seems to be on gaining experience in financial analysis, transaction and data management, business process improvement, and compliance. The internship offers an opportunity to learn how advanced technology is leveraged in Finance across Microsoft for deeper analysis, which could indirectly involve understanding investments, including those that are interest-bearing, as part of the broader financial analysis and planning activities. From my perspective, undertaking an internship there appears to be free from any shariah concerns.

And Allah knows best!
