I was looking at https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/quote/SRP.L/key-statistics?.tsrc=applewf , their activities seem mostly halal but I’m not sure how do I translate
Total debt/equity (mrq) 91.2

Is this in the acceptable range?

50% debt to market cap (i.e. mortgage to current property value)
100% debt to equity (i.e. you put down $1 and borrowed $1)
