We know that normal prop trading where they copy your trades or use your data is haram since you are assisting them in haram trades and earning money through haram trades. But is prop trading halal if your data is not being used and you are paid from the owners of the prop firm instead? Your data is not being used in any shape or form and they are not benefiting from you being a trader and they are giving 100% profit split. It’s going to be simulated trading but I will be trading with CFD, leverage, swap fees, etc but all in demo and my trades are not being copied nor is my data being used. I am paid directly from the owner. Is under these conditions prop trading halal?
