Kindly review lofty.ai model and suggest whether is it shariah compliant or not?
Broadly, there are 2 ways one can get profit from it;

  1. Capital Gain; If the price of the property increases/decreases, the investor get profit/loss out of it.
  2. Rental Income; the investor receives rental income on daily basis, based on the listed property monthly cash flows and other expenses.

Kindly review both models.

If possible, a detailed video would help a lot.
