Is it halal to do arbitrage with MEV bots?

Salaam alaikum.
Is it halal to earn money by running an arbitrage bot running on Ethereum or BSC blockchain networks with MEV bots? This bot follows the prices on several exchanges, buys a token at a low price and sells it on another exchange at a high price. However, in order to get this transaction into the order book (because another bot running at the same time might spot the same opportunity, or a sandwich attack bot might have you in its sights), it has to increase the gas fee. The opponent bot increases the gas fee to do the same. In this way, the one who pays the highest gas fee gets the transaction.

This seems like a kind of bribe to me, but I am not sure. Please wait for your answers.

I haven’t looked into the details of this. However, if it is being offered in the open market and anyone has the chance to pay the gas fees, then it would be more like bidding to benefit from the services of the order book.

So there is an auction of some sort for the service.
