Is Halal to selling services on Upwork

Assallamualaikum,

Upwork,basically a freelancing marketplace for selling services.
And when the services get sold, Upwork will cut 20% of the profit from the seller as a service charge. And after the seller get above $500 profit,the percentage will reduce to %10.

Is the transaction halal?
