Good day, as the Bitgert project has an extensive roadmap it has intrinsic value and as such it is probably halal.
Your use of it is also important: investing for long time in Bitgert is probably halal but speculating on short term probably not.

I have been following Bitgert and its coin BRISE for 2 years now and can say Bitgert is halal.
My reason is that they create products and they have a long term vision.
