Salaam,

I’m wondering what you can advise about investing in a company such as Boohoo which technically can be considered to be Sharia compliant e.g. clothing, however; the majority of the clothing lines would be considered inappropriate within the Sharia?

Wa alaykum salaam,

Since clothes can be worn in different settings and in front of different people, the type of clothing is irrelevant. Therefore, that would not be a Shariah compliance risk.
