Reading the other forums you stated we cannot sell a stock before T- 2 to finalise ‘ownership’
however i think ownership is already transfered the minute i purchased the stock as im bearing the risk of trade going in my favour or going against me.
secondly when day trading there numerous of factors which can take palce when day trading or intra day or swing tradiing that can lead to price going against you. this is why we set stop loss in order to protect how much we loose and stay profitable in the long run.
now if i were to take a trade and it went against me your telling me i have to wait 2 day in order to sell where i can potentially lose even more money ( isnt this enough ownership?)
