Is summer interning at an Asset management company halal? I don’t know exactly what I’ll be doing but since it is an internship I doubt I’ll be doing any actual work to do with live deals etc but I’m not totally sure.

If there is a way to be involved with shariah compliant asset management, then go for this option first. i think TAM Asset Management has halal portfolios they manage.
If not then, then do it in any company only for the sake of getting experience and knowledge, but later on, when you will look for a job, you will have to ensure you are not involved in haram activities.
