Slms if a mother passes away and the brothers are happy for all of mothers money assets go to the sister and they don’t want any of it is that ok or does it still need to be distributed according to the Islamic will. Please advise jazakallah

Yes, if the inheritors freely relinquish their share and grant it to the sister, it will be permissible.
