I want to ask, if a woman is divorced, and then remarries and has a child from the new marriage, is the child from the new marriage meant to get a share from the divorce settlement like the children of the dissolved marriage would get
By share I mean the property or money she gets from the divorce or gives up in the divorce in favour of the ex husband and children of the marriage, has she done a disservice to the child of the new marriage
