slms is it a sin if a child agrees for a parents rental income house to be put in the child’s name so the parents benefit are not affected but the child Pays the legal tax on the house rent etc but the house is the parents.

If legally, the house is on the child’s name and the tax is being paid, then I do not see any issue from a shariah perspective.
I am sure that would have been different if the parents did not declare the house to be on their name, and tried to claim benefits on the side.
That’s my view, but if someone wants to provide more legal info that proves otherwise, then they are welcome to do so.
Anything that breaks the law must be avoided, and any legal loophole that can be exploited without causing any harm to anyone, then it should be fine in general.
