Got a question regarding UK home builder services (Persimmon, Right Move). Quantitatively they appear fine on shariah screening. Is there any aspect of their business that makes it non-compliant?

From my understanding, the core business activity is to provide a property search platform. That, from a qualitative perspective, is Shariah compliant.
