From my research on the net and speaking to local imam we should be avoiding investing in the gaming industry if it has no benefit for this life or the next. This is the jist I get from reading the amanah advisors website too.
Ifg crypto group have a pinned message saying gaming tokens like axs and Alice are fine, but this goes against what amanah advisors say. (amanah advisors have been used as a source in the ifg crypto group regarding meme tokens)
So there seems to be a conflict regarding gaming tokens. I have been avoiding them but this is a hot industry now so I was wondering about others opinions.
