Funeral Expenses Planning?

Just wondered if anyone has come across any shariah compliant investments catered towards saving for funeral costs?

With an ageing Muslim population and funeral expenses rising, the cost of burying a relative is increasingly becoming an issue.

Anyone have any suggestions beyond saving within a sharia compliant bank account?

There was a Janazah savings fund that was supposed to launch last year but I’m not sure what happened along the way.

A savings plan is what is required that works similarly to a Takaful fund.
