Financial Accountant

I have received a job offer to work for the finance team (accounting) at a hedge fund. This means I will not be directly involved in the operations of the hedge fund (i.e. not being involved in specific trades which may or may not be shariah compliant).
My query is where it would be considered permissible to take this job and if my income would be deemed halal, given that the direct involvement of my work would not be related to the operations of the hedge fund, but rather in the capacity of a back office finance role.

More specifically, my roles and responsibilities will be to prepare financial reporting packs, produce regulatory/ tax schedules and implement controls and processes for the accounting function.

I would really appreciate a response as soon as possible as the offer is valid for a couple of days before a final decision needs to be made.
