salaam i have a query in regards to working at a savings and investment business. The role is a sustainability/ESG analyst. general tasks include researching sustainability issues for the investment office, writing research reports solely on sustainability/esg issues(environmental issues, ethical issues etc). i want to know whether this is haram as this specific role is focused on ethics etc. jzk

If this is part of a conventional investment firm which deals with Riba, it would be best to avoid this.
