Selam Alejkum,

I have an opportunity to start a business for providing customer service to businesses. In the first phase, there is one pizza business (who serve pork and alcohol) that is going to be the first paying customer.
1- Can I serve this customer and am I being in haram doing?
2- The owner of the pizza business, who do even forex trading and maybe takes loans from the bank, has stated his interest to have a partnership in my customer service business What is the ruling on this?

  1. Services offered are purely customer care. In this case, responsibilities are:
  • Welcoming customers and helping determine their orders.
  • Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.
  • Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
  • Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
  1. The partnership type is Limited partnership with an LLC company.
