I want to ask about crypto.
Ihtikar is haram which is translated here as withholding, .” many hadith clearly prohibit the practice of price manipulation through hoarding. Typically, this would take the form of hoarding some commodity in the market in order to deliberately drive up the price. So would buying a crypto when it is cheap in a large amount be considered hoarding? I am talking about amount where its large enough to became an whale ? If no then would the person selling such crypto be sinful for price manipulation as when his selling of such crypto in future could results in its price dropping because selling a crypto in large amount would reduce its price.
