I would like to clarify if Crowdtolive staircasing model is halal or not. Especially when you try to increase your shares, the property price will be recalculated based on the HPI + 1% of the initial price for each year from the first purchase ( maximum 10%). Would that fixed percentage increase be Shari’a compliant?.
