Can you use 1X leverage to mimic Salam Contract?

Salam,

Can you use 1X leverage to mimic Salam Contract? And would this type of trading be permissible, as you are making full payment in advance, same as spot, but delivery is delayed.

This would be done in Inverse Contract where is delivery is based actual asset, BTC / ETH and not cash settled.
