I’m trying to understand how to calculate the possible returns for equity crowdfunding investment
If a company is valued £12.5 million and the equity on offer is 7.6%, and the share price is £19.22 - is it correct that equity offered is what I would get back from the investment value. Eg I invest £1000 and I get back 7.6% plus 52 shares?
With these 52 shares, what will determine price increase/decrease from £19.22?
