Broker with negative interest

Salamu alykum urahmatuLlahe ua barakatuhu dear all,

The captrader broker charges negative interest. Is it allowed to open an account there and to simply avoid paying the negative interest. They charge it above a volume of 100,000€. What is very far above my capacity. So if I am below that figure, would it be halal?

Wa alaykum salaam,

If at present you are not paying any interest and you can avoid paying interest, then you can benefit from the service as long as the services you are receiving are Shariah compliant.
