Is the BFF Human Capital Fund considered a halal investment?

Can you highlight what the investment is in? And the current investment, how is it recorded on the balance sheet?

I would hesitate to describe it in my own words as this is a new asset class that I have only recently been made aware of. Can I please direct you to the “how it works” and “is it halal” pages of the fund website for you to get a description of the funds purpose and mechanism:
I don’t want to describe it in my own words as I feel like the website does so better, but I feel like this is a good solution or alternative to conventional interest bearing loans that muslims don’t have access to and is a good asset class as an investor. However since I am not an expert in this field I thought a fatwa will alleviate my concerns through my lack of knowledge over whether or not this is halal to invest in. I have some more literature that I can provide but would rather do so privately if needs be.
